During Production Inspection

Inline Product Inspection (IPI) or During Production Check, commonly referred to as DUPRO, is a crucial element of your overall quality assurance program. This inspection typically takes place when between 10 to 60% of your product is manufactured, and packing for export has commenced. Conducting an inspection at this stage provides an opportunity to implement necessary corrective actions at an early stage and ensure that your product meets your specifications.

Our highly qualified inspectors at TAS Inspections conduct a thorough physical inspection of a randomly selected sample of manufactured goods, utilizing the statistical sampling procedure ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4).
