Pre-Shipment Review & Inspection
At TAS Inspections, we provide professional third‑party textile inspection and quality control services designed to help manufacturers, exporters, and global buyers maintain consistent product quality and meet international standards. Our inspection team ensures transparency, accuracy, and reliability at every stage of production.
Inline-Inspection
Early‑stage inspection conducted during the initial phases of production. We identify defects, monitor workmanship, verify materials, and ensure the production line follows approved specifications. This helps prevent major issues later in the process.
DUPRO (During Production) Inspection
A mid‑production inspection that evaluates product quality, consistency, and compliance while manufacturing is ongoing. We check stitching, measurements, labeling, finishing, and overall progress to ensure the order is on track and meets buyer requirements.
Final Random Inspection (FRI)
A comprehensive pre‑shipment inspection performed when at least 80–100% of the goods are completed and packed. We verify product quality, quantity, packaging, labeling, barcodes, carton condition, and AQL standards to ensure the shipment meets all specifications before dispatch.
Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
We monitor the loading process to ensure:
- Correct product quantities
- Proper handling and stacking
- Accurate carton labeling
- Secure container sealing This helps prevent shipping errors, damage, and quantity disputes.
