Muhammad Amir
Field Supervisor
Hi! I’m Muhammad Amir, the Field Supervisor at TAS Inspections. I am the on-site, “boots on the ground” person who leads inspection work inside factories, warehouses, or at loading docks. Here is how I work, what I do, and how I help TAS Inspections deliver reliable services.
What I Do as Field Supervisor
-
On-Site Leadership
When our inspection team goes to the client’s site (factory, warehouse, port, etc.), I lead the team. I make sure all field inspectors know what to check, where to go, and how. -
Checking Tools and Equipment
Good inspection needs good tools. I make sure measuring instruments, cameras, tools, safety gear, calibration devices, etc. are working and ready. -
Carrying Out Inspections
I help inspect goods: checking dimensions, materials, functionality, visual defects, packaging. I also supervise how items are loaded into containers if needed. -
Communicating with Client On Site
I interact with client staff: factory workers or warehouse managers. I explain what we are doing, ask for access, request cooperation, record observations, and resolve misunderstandings. -
Safety & Compliance
On site, safety matters. I ensure all team members follow safety rules (wearing protective gear, safe handling). I also ensure we follow inspection protocols and standards strictly. -
Collecting Evidence & Photos
During inspection, I or my team take photos, videos, notes to support our conclusions. Good evidence is essential to support our inspection report.
Why My Role is Very Important
-
Direct action: I am physically at the site where the real inspection happens.
-
Verifying quality: I help make sure product quality, defects, packaging, and standards are checked carefully.
-
Bridging communication: I talk on the ground between factory staff, clients, and our inspection team.
-
Trust and transparency: Because I collect evidence and operate openly on site, clients can trust our findings.
